Equine veterinary software for practices in Saudi Arabia.
One system for the clinical record, the pharmacy and the invoice, priced per clinic rather than per vet, with 15% VAT handled on every tax invoice you raise.

Arabian breeding, on the record
Breeding programmes need a decade of history, not a season of it.
A Saudi stud or equestrian club makes decisions against a horse's whole life: what it was treated for, what it reacted to, what it was vaccinated against and when. Chiron keeps one permanent file per horse and files every case under it, so the history is a screen rather than an archive search. Vaccination and follow-up queues say what is due before an owner has to ask.
15% VAT tax invoices with your VAT number and itemised lines
Permanent per-horse file: every case, drug, image and diagnosis in one place
Vaccination due register, so boosters are not missed across a large string
Full audit log of who changed which record, and when

CoverageChiron runs in the browser, so there is nothing to install and no server to host. Practices across Saudi Arabia use it from Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Diriyah, Taif, Al Khobar and anywhere else with a connection.
The connected flow
Three jobs collapse into one entry.
Most practices run clinical notes, the drug cupboard and the billing as three separate systems, which means the same event gets typed three times and disagrees with itself twice. Chiron makes the case sheet the only place work is entered.
01
Open the case
Find the horse, or register it in a few seconds. Every case it has ever had is already underneath its name, so you are reading the history before you start writing.
02
Record the examination
Temp, pulse, resp, mucous membranes, gut motility, history, lab, imaging, diagnosis. Anything outside the equine reference range flags itself as you type it.
03
Prescribe on the sheet
Pick the drug and the quantity. Chiron takes it from the batch expiring soonest, writes the stock ledger entry, and records which batch went into which horse.
04
The invoice is already there
The services performed and the drugs dispensed are on the owner's invoice with tax applied, before anyone has asked for it. Nothing was typed twice.
Happens on its own
What is built
Three pillars, and the unglamorous work that makes them trustworthy.
Everything below is shipped and in use at a working clinic. Nothing on this page is on a roadmap.
The digital case sheet
A field-for-field translation of the paper form, not a generic SOAP note bent into an equine shape.
Temp, pulse, resp, MM and GM flagged against equine reference ranges
History, lab analysis, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up
Radiography and ultrasound files attached to the case
Prints to A4 as the clinic's own case sheet
One permanent file per horse, every case underneath it
Pharmacy that knows its own stock
Batch-tracked from goods receipt to the horse it went into.
Batch, expiry and supplier on every product
First-expiry-first-out dispensing from a case
Low-stock, expiring and expired alerts
Goods receipt and stock valuation
Billing from work, not from memory
The invoice assembles itself out of what was recorded.
VAT or GST tax invoices with your registration number
Services price list and dispensed drugs, itemised
Payments, part-payments and owner statements
Live debtors list
Appointments
A diary that keeps clinic time straight across timezones, with cancellation and reminders.
Vaccinations due
A standing register of what is due across every horse, so boosters are not discovered late.
Reports
Case volume, case mix, top diagnoses, drug consumption and revenue, exportable.
Audit log
Who changed which record, and when. A clinical record needs to be able to answer that.
Nightly backup
Encrypted, off-site, 30-day retention, and restore-tested rather than merely configured.
Your data, leavable
One-click export to JSON and CSV. Never gated, including for a clinic that has stopped paying.
Why trust it
Built inside a working clinic, on their own paper form.
Chiron’s first customer is an equine practice serving the Oman Equestrian Federation at Al Rahba, Rumais. The case sheet on screen is their case sheet, digitised. Their paper numbering stood at 0388, so the digital series continues from 0389 rather than starting again at one.
It is not a product with thousands of logos on the wall. It is a product with one clinic that uses it every day, and a founder who answers WhatsApp himself.
A lapsed clinic drops to read-only. Every case stays openable, printable and exportable. Medical records are the legal record of treatment, and locking a vet out of theirs would be indefensible.
Your data
One click gets everything out
Full export to JSON and CSV, on demand, never gated behind a subscription. If Chiron stops being the right tool, leaving is a button rather than a negotiation.
Your tenancy
No clinic can see another clinic's records
Isolation is enforced in the data-access layer itself, and an automated test fails the build if any code reaches the database without going through it. It is not a policy, it is a build gate.
An honest comparison
Where Chiron wins, and where it does not.
If you need integrated lab machines, insurance claim submission and a whole-hospital suite, buy one of those instead and we will say so on WhatsApp. If you need equine clinical records, a dispensary and billing that agree with each other, this is the trade.
Chiron compared with paper records and with full veterinary suites
Priced per clinic. Hiring another vet does not cost you more.
The incumbents charge per user, which quietly taxes you for growing. Chiron charges for the practice. Start with 7 days free, no card, and message us when you want to keep it.
Prices exclude tax. Annual billing and multi-site pricing are a conversation, not a form. Migration from paper or another system is included on Practice.
Questions
Questions from practices in Saudi Arabia.
Does Chiron charge VAT at 15% on invoices?
Yes. The VAT rate is a clinic setting, so Saudi clinics raise tax invoices at 15% with their VAT registration number on the document. Services and dispensed drugs are itemised separately, and part-payments are tracked against the invoice.
Is Chiron integrated with ZATCA e-invoicing?
Not today, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise. Chiron produces itemised VAT tax invoices you can print or save as PDF. If ZATCA Phase 2 integration is a requirement for your practice, message us on WhatsApp and say so, because that demand is what would move it up the roadmap.
Can several vets use it at once?
Yes, and this is where the per-clinic price matters. Clinic covers up to five veterinarians and unlimited support staff on one bill. Practice removes the limit entirely, so hiring another vet does not change what you pay.
How do I buy it? I cannot find a card form.
There isn't one, on purpose. Message us on WhatsApp, we will talk about your practice, set the clinic up with you and arrange payment directly. It is a short conversation with the person who built the software, not a sales pipeline.
How long does it take to get running?
Sign in, answer the clinic setup questions, and you have a working system the same day. Your case numbering can continue from wherever your paper series has reached, so the first digital case follows the last paper one.
Does it work on a phone or tablet at the yard?
Yes. It is a web application, so there is nothing to install: it runs in the browser on a tablet at the horse and on the clinic desktop afterwards, against the same records.
What happens to our records if Chiron disappears?
You export everything, at any time, in one click, as JSON and CSV. That export is never restricted. Backups run nightly to off-site encrypted storage with 30-day retention, and the restore path is tested rather than assumed.
Can more than one person use it at the same time?
Yes. Everyone in the clinic works against the same records, with an audit log recording who changed what. Plans are priced by clinic, so the number of people using it does not change the bill within your tier.
Is it only for horses?
It is equine-first. Vitals reference ranges, terminology and the case sheet itself are built for horses, and species is a configurable field so a mixed practice can be onboarded. If that is you, ask before buying and we will give you a straight answer.
Where you practise
Priced and taxed for your country.
VAT at 5% in Oman and the UAE, 15% in Saudi Arabia, 20% in the UK, GST at 18% in India, and none at all in Qatar. Pick your market for local pricing and the tax treatment your invoices need.
